Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Economy:
  • $4.90 flat rate shipping (free for orders over $65) to the United States.
  • Delivery Estimate: 3-8 Business Days

Standard:

  • $12.90 flat rate shipping ($5.00 for orders over $65) to the United States.
  • Delivery Estimate: 2-4 Business Days

Local pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup.  Coordinate pickup via email (support@astrodiscstx.com). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to pick up your order.

Combined Orders & Shipping Refunds Policy

To help reduce shipping costs and packaging waste, we reserve the right to combine multiple orders placed by the same customer within a short timeframe into a single shipment.

  • If you paid for shipping on more than one order that we combine, we will issue a partial refund of up to $2 per additional order to help offset shipping charges.
  • Please note that we do not refund the full shipping fee, since our shipping provider charges non-refundable processing fees on canceled labels.

Incorrect Address / Returned Orders

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you. You may choose to have the order reshipped at your expense or request a refund. Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Orders under $65 (paid shipping): We will refund your order total minus the $4.95 shipping fee.
  • Orders over $65 (free shipping): We will refund your order total minus our actual shipping cost (the amount we paid the carrier).

International Shipping
We do not currently provide international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
