Both of my orders were returned to sender twice because even though you ship usps you don’t ship to PO Boxes and the second was sent to post office address as general delivery and still returned… slow customer service and couldn’t even get my orders after more than a month of back and forth. Wouldn’t order from you again when other companies have no problem shipping to a PO Box

We shipped both orders to the exact addresses provided at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, USPS returned both shipments as undeliverable.

We understand how frustrating this must have been. While we do ship via USPS, not all USPS services will deliver to certain address types, and this is ultimately determined by USPS routing policies.

As a result of the delivery issues, we have issued you a full refund, including the original shipping charges. Unfortunately, USPS does not offer us refunds for returned shipments.
